Ingredients

  • 250 g bulur
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 300 g pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • cumin

Instructions

  1. Cook the bulgur in the vegetable stock over low heat for about 15 minutes until it is dry.
  2. In the meantime, cut the pineapple into small pieces. Mix the bulgur with the garam masala, the coconut milk and the pineapple pieces and season with salt, pepper, chilli powder and cumin if you like. Then heat again.
