  • 0.33 leek stick (s)
  • 600 ml vegetable stock
  • 50 ml oil

Instructions

  1. Pour 600 ml of hot broth over the bulgur and simmer for 10 minutes. In the meantime, chop the onions and fry them until golden in the oil. Dice the mushrooms, meat, peppers, cut the leek into rings and add everything to the onions. Salt and pepper everything a little. Fry for 15 minutes over medium heat. Then mix with the bulgur.
