• 100 g cheese, rated (Emmentaler)

Instructions

1. Cut the carrots into small sticks. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions and add the carrots 5 minutes before the boil ends.
2. Drain and put the spaghetti with the carrots back in the saucepan. Add the herb butter and stir.
3. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with cheese. The whole thing is done quickly, very inexpensive and tastes great.
