Buns “Baby”, Lean

Lenten buns will delight you any day of the year.

Ingredients

  • Water – 100 ml
  • Dry yeast – 2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice -3 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Flour – 400 g
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla – on the tip of a knife
  • Sesame – 30 g
  • Strong tea – 50 ml

Directions

  1. Heat the water to 40 degrees, add yeast, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, lemon juice, flour, vanilla.
  2. Knead a soft dough, leave warm to rise. Wrinkle 2 times.
  3. Divide the dough into pieces and form buns.
  4. Grease the top of the buns with strong sweet tea, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place on a greased baking sheet.
