Burger with Minced Lamb Cutlets

Classic burgers, but with minced lamb cutlets.

- Put the minced meat in a large bowl, add bread crumbs, onions, herbs, egg, and apple juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
- Form four cutlets from minced meat.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Put the cutlets in a preheated pan and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Place a couple of lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and one cutlet on each of the four base rolls. Cover with the remaining bun halves.
- Serve burgers right away.
