  • Fried chicken fillet (cut into thin slices) – 180 g
  • Granny Smith apple (cut into thin slices) – 1 pc.
  • Cheddar cheese (cut into thin slices) – 4 slices
  • Cheese buns for burgers – 4 pcs.

For the sauce:

  • Mayonnaise – 0.25 cups
  • Fresh basil (chopped) – 1.5 tbsp
  • Dijon mustard or other light mustard – 1 teaspoon.
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon.

Burgers with Chicken, Apple and Cheese Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat the buns in the oven according to the instructions on the package. Cut the buns in half.
  3. Grease the slices of the buns with sauce (1 tablespoon for 1 bun).
  4. Place chicken, apple, and cheese between two halves of each bun.
  5. Serve burgers right away.
