Burrito Sauce Ingredients

Tomato paste – 4 tbsp

Water – 2 Cups

Mayonnaise – 250 Grams

Garlic – 2 Cloves

Hot pepper – 1 Piece

Sugar – 1 tbsp

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Burrito Sauce Instructions

  1. In a deep skillet, combine tomato paste and clear water and place over low heat. In the meantime, prepare your vegetables.
  2. Wash the garlic, peel, and pass through a press or finely chop with a knife. We are also preparing hot peppers, cut into small pieces.
  3. Add vegetables to the sauce and simmer until almost cooked. Now add salt, sugar, and, if desired, Mexican seasoning.
  4. Bring sauce to a boil and reduce heat. Cook until the sauce is thick and flavored.
    Remove from heat, cool, and only then mix with mayonnaise.
