Ingredients
Flatbread (tortillas) – 10 pcs.
Ground beef – 500 g
Canned beans – 250 g
Red and onions – 1 head each
Soft cheese (Edam or Mozzarella) – 300 g
Garlic – 3 cloves
Chili pepper – 1 pc.
Salsa sauce – 400 g
Guacamole sauce – 300 g
Salt to taste
Frying oil – olive, corn, or sunflower
Directions
Cooking guacamole and salsa. Fry the minced meat over high heat, stirring constantly.
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the pepper even smaller. Drain the juice from the beans (if it was in its own juice, and if it was in tomato sauce, it won’t hurt).
Add the onion to the slightly fried minced meat and fry for a few more minutes. Add garlic, beans, pepper, and half of the salsa. Salt to taste.
We spread the finished minced meat on the cake, a little cheese, guacamole, and salsa, wrapped in an envelope. Fry over medium heat until browning. Bon Appetit!
