Burrito with Chicken and Pineapple

Burrito is a Mexican dish based on tortilla and a variety of fillings. This dish is perfect for breakfast, snacks, light dinners, and a large company.

Ingredients

  • 2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 250 g canned pineapple
  • 100 g ham or sausages
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 jalapeno or chili
  • 3-4 tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons tomato pizza sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Season the meat with salt, pepper, oregano, and half the thyme. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the meat until tender. Then cool and cut into slices.
  2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and chop the ham, pineapples, jalapenos, and bell peppers into small pieces.
  3. Grease each tortilla with sauce and add some cheese, chicken, pineapple, bell and hot peppers, ham, and sprinkle with spices. Wrap the burrito and grill or skillet for 2 minutes on each side. Done!
