Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 g cream

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 6 tablespoon milk
  • 300 g almond (s), sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix flour with baking powder, add eggs and sugar and stir everything together. Then add the whipped cream and stir in with the hand mixer. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees air circulation on the middle rack for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the butter until it is liquid, add sugar, milk and flaked almonds and stir. Spread the mixture on the cake and finish baking the cake in another 15 minutes.
