- 300 g butter
- 200 g suar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- Depending on your taste, roll out thinly or a little thicker and place on a baking sheet. If necessary, brush with egg yolk and bake for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees (convection) or 10-12 minutes with electric (200 degrees) or gas (level 3) until golden yellow.
