Prepare food. Leave the oil at room temperature to soften. Heat the milk to a temperature of 30-40 degrees.
Grind yeast with sugar and butter.
Pour in warm milk (30-40 degrees), stir.
Sift flour into a bowl, make a depression in the flour.
Pour warm milk into it, in which first dissolve yeast, sugar and butter.
Add eggs and salt.
Knead the dough. When it starts to separate from the bowl, stop mixing.
Cover with a towel. Place the dough in a warm place for about an hour to come up.
Then roll it into a finger thick layer.
Cut into quadrangles.
Put fruit from jam or marmalade in the middle of each (you can also use cottage cheese as a filling). If you are using fruit, keep the jam as thick, jelly-like as possible.
Pin the edges to form round buns. Turn on the oven. Grease a baking sheet with oil. Place on a greased baking sheet, cover with a napkin and place in a warm place so that the dough can come up again (for 30 minutes). Then, if desired, you can drizzle butter on top of the buns.
Then put in the oven and bake at medium temperature (180 degrees) until the buns are golden brown (20 minutes). Remove the burgers from the oven. You can sprinkle with icing sugar.
Serve while still warm (vanilla sauce can be served separately with buns).
The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
