  • 1 kg carrot (s)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 liter salt water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots, quarter them and cut into long pieces and cook in the salted water until they are firm to the bite. Pour off the salted water well, let the butter melt in the hot carrots and season with maple syrup, parsley, salt and pepper.
  2. Let the butter, syrup and spices soak in for about 10 minutes, or keep warm until ready to serve.
