  • 750 g potato (s), floury boilin
  • salt
  • 150 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into pieces of equal size. Cover and cook in salted water for about 18 minutes. Drain the potatoes, allow them to evaporate well. Crush the potatoes with a masher or the potato press to a fine puree. Warm the milk and stir in thoroughly with the whisk. Add butter. Season to taste with salt and possibly nutmeg.
