Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Whip the cream. Put the juice of half a lemon in a mixing bowl. Add the powdered sugar and a little bit of the buttermilk and stir until smooth. Only then stir in the rest of the buttermilk. Dissolve the gelatine and stir into the buttermilk mixture according to the instructions on the packet. Quickly fold in the whipped cream and chill for several hours.
  2. Shortly before consumption, puree the selected (or defrosted frozen) strawberries with the brown sugar and spread on the buttermich cream that has now set. When serving, both components mix together - very delicate!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
