• 0.25 ¼ bunch radishes
• 0.25 ¼ bowl cress
• 200 ml buttermilk

Instructions

1. Wash and clean the radishes, chop them very finely. Cut the cress from the bed with scissors. Season the buttermilk with salt and pepper, stir in the cress and radishes. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with pepper if necessary.
