Instructions

  1. Put the specified ingredients in the bread maker in exactly one order. Then bake on the express program. It is a very light, dark bread.
  2. Variation: After the BBA beeps, add approx. 150 g mixed grains (linseed, sunflower seeds, crispy oat flakes, etc.). Before baking, sprinkle the dough with water and sprinkle with grains.
