Ingredients

  • 1 can beans (French beans)
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled
  • 1 large vegetable onion (s), chopped
  • 3 large potato (s)
  • 1 packet Cabanossi
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Tabasco
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • some water

Instructions

  1. Chop the Cabanossi and fry it with the vegetable onion. Open all cans and add to the pre-fried Cabanossi with juice. Then fill up with a little water so that the amount is slightly covered. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and add them. Simmer until the potatoes are through. Finally add the cream and sour cream and season with the spices as required.
  2. Tip: For those who like it a bit spicier, add a lot of Tabasco.
