Cabbage Casserole with Minced Meat and Onion

For lovers of cabbage, I suggest a recipe for cabbage casserole with minced meat. This dish is quite simple but very tasty and healthy.

Ingredients

  • White cabbage – 500 g
  • Minced beef – 500 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Natural yogurt – 200 g
  • Soy sauce – 2 teaspoon
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Tomato paste – 1 tbsp
  • Dried caraway – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Salt and pepper the minced meat and fry in hot vegetable oil along with finely chopped onions. Add tomato paste to the minced meat, simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Boil cabbage leaves in salted water with caraway seeds until half cooked, cut off thickened leaves.
  3. In a greased baking dish, lay the cabbage and minced meat in layers, pouring the cabbage layer with yogurt mixed with soy sauce. Press the top layer of cabbage, grease with yogurt mixed with egg.
  4. Bake cabbage with minced meat in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
  5. Cool the prepared cabbage casserole with minced meat, cut into portions and serve.
