Ingredients

  • Cabbage – 250 g
  • Flour – 75 g (3 tablespoons)
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Ham – 100 g
  • Kefir 2.5% – 80 ml (4 tablespoons)
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Soda – 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients. We turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
  2. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, salt.
  3. Beat eggs with a whisk until light foam.
  4. Add kefir and vegetable oil. Whisk.
  5. Mix flour and soda.
  6. Add flour in parts to the liquid mixture and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
  7. Finely chop the cabbage.
  8. Cut the ham into small cubes.
  9. Add cabbage and ham to the dough.
  10. We mix.
  11. We spread the dough into molds. I used a metal mold with paper inserts.
    Can also be baked in silicone molds.
  12. We bake cabbage muffins with ham in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
    We check the readiness with a toothpick or a match: if it comes out of the dough dry, then the muffins are ready.
  13. Let the snack muffins with cabbage and ham cool for 10 minutes and remove from the mold.
