Cabbage Muffins with Ham

Snack muffin recipe – with white cabbage and ham. Delicate, juicy, unsweetened cabbage muffins are perfect for breakfast or serve as a snack throughout the day.
Ingredients
- Cabbage – 250 g
- Flour – 75 g (3 tablespoons)
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Ham – 100 g
- Kefir 2.5% – 80 ml (4 tablespoons)
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Soda – 1 teaspoon
Directions
- We prepare the necessary ingredients. We turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
- Break the eggs into a deep bowl, salt.
- Beat eggs with a whisk until light foam.
- Add kefir and vegetable oil. Whisk.
- Mix flour and soda.
- Add flour in parts to the liquid mixture and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
- Finely chop the cabbage.
- Cut the ham into small cubes.
- Add cabbage and ham to the dough.
- We mix.
- We spread the dough into molds. I used a metal mold with paper inserts.
Can also be baked in silicone molds. - We bake cabbage muffins with ham in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
We check the readiness with a toothpick or a match: if it comes out of the dough dry, then the muffins are ready.
- Let the snack muffins with cabbage and ham cool for 10 minutes and remove from the mold.
