Ingredients

  • 300 g potato (s), waxy
  • salt
  • 200 g sauerkraut
  • 2 apples
  • 2 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • Pepper, black
  • 300 g yourt (1.5% fat)
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes with their skins in salted water for about 20 minutes - leave to cool a little.
  2. Meanwhile, pick up the sauerkraut. Quarter and core the unpeeled apples and cut into thin wedges.
  3. Cut the pickles into thin slices and finely dice the onions.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Mix the potato slices with the sauerkraut, apple wedges, pickles and onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix the yoghurt with the sesame seeds and dill, season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad ingredients. Cover and let the lettuce steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
