We combine simple products – and we get incredibly tasty cabbage rolls. A very interesting recipe! Try it for your health, cook with pleasure!
Ingredients
White cabbage – 1 pc.
Minced pork – 500 g
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Boiled rice – 100 g
Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Egg (for greasing) – 1 pc.
Directions
We prepare products. Boil the rice in advance until half cooked.
Cut out the cabbage stalk and lightly boil the cabbage in boiling water (you can warm it up in the microwave).
For the filling, combine minced meat, rice, salt and pepper.
Separate the cabbage leaves. We spread four cabbage leaves on the parchment in two overlap rows.
Distribute half of the filling over the cabbage leaves. Tucking up the edges, wrap a tight roll. I got two identical cabbage rolls.
Cut the onion into feathers, put it on a baking sheet. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, salt. Put cabbage rolls in a baking sheet on a “bedding” of onions. Put the tomatoes between the rolls. We send cabbage rolls with minced meat and rice to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. For the first 20 minutes, bake the rolls under foil
10-15 minutes before the end of cooking, we take out the rolls, grease with an egg and continue to bake without foil.
