Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ white cabbage
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • butter
  • 2 packs sauce powder, brown
  • possibly minced meat, 250 g
  • 5 teaspoons broth, grained
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into small pieces and the carrots into small cubes.
  2. Fry the cabbage and carrots in a saucepan with a little butter until the cabbage is a little brown. Add water so that the cabbage and carrots are covered by the water. Then cut the potatoes into small cubes and add to the cabbage, if the water doesn`t cover the ingredients, add some water. Add about 5 teaspoons of broth.
  3. Let it boil until everything is cooked through. Finally, add one or two packs of brown sauce (preferably extra gravy) and season with salt and pepper.
  4. You can also fry a quarter of a kilo of minced meat and add it to the cabbage stew.
