Cabbage with Pineapple

Cabbage with pineapple is a light original salad. It is done quickly, surprises with an unusual taste. All components are good for health and, when combined, leave a pleasant taste impression.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage – 250 Grams
  • Pineapple – 200 Grams (canned)
  • Green onions – 70 Grams
  • Raisins – 70 Grams
  • Olive Oil – 40 Milliliters
  • Vinegar – 3 Tbsp. spoons (to taste)
  • Pineapple Juice – 40 Milliliters

Directions

  1. Cut the cabbage into cubes, squeeze well.
  2. Cut the pineapple into pieces.
  3. Chop the green onion.
  4. Collect cabbage, onions, pineapples, washed dry raisins in a salad bowl.
  5. Season with a mixture of pineapple juice, vinegar and olive oil. Spices and salt to taste. Insist 15 minutes.
