Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta, e.., Tortilioni
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 g whole milk yourt
  • 2 tablespoon balsamico bianco
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 3 stalks parsley
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, mini
  • some parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta, drain and let cool. Finely chop the garlic. Mix the yogurt, vinegar, mustard, garlic and milk together. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
  2. Debark the white bread and cut into small cubes. Finely chop the parsley. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and toast the white bread cubes until golden brown. Stir in the parsley and immediately remove the croutons and let them cool.
  3. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Halve the tomatoes and remove the stems. Wash and clean the lettuce and cut into large pieces. Mix the pasta, spring onions, tomatoes, lettuce and dressing in a large bowl. Slice the cheese directly over it and sprinkle with croutons.
  4. Tip: You can also use a different type of salad. I have the salad e.g., already made with iceberg lettuce.
