Hello everybody. Cooking Caesar sauce today. Take note!

Ingredients
Parmesan cheese – 100 g
Fillet of anchovies – 5 pcs.
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Olive oil – 400 ml
Worcester sauce (“Worcester”) – 3 tbsp
Garlic – 1 clove
Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
Salt – 1 pinch
Directions
We prepare all the necessary products for the Caesar sauce.
Break eggs into a blender bowl. Beat eggs with an immersion blender for 1-2 minutes, until light foam forms.
Continuing to beat, slowly add olive oil and beat until semi-liquid. Carefully! Don’t make mayonnaise!
Then add anchovy fillet, garlic, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and Worcester sauce.
Grate Parmesan cheese on a fine grater and add to the rest of the ingredients. Parmesan cheese can be used to adjust the thickness of the sauce. Beat everything until smooth for 1-2 minutes.
Caesar sauce is ready. The perfect sauce is the key to the perfect Caesar salad.
