Ingredients

  • 1 cup coffee, stronger
  • 50 g chocolate, dark chocolate
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (s) cardamom
  • 2 teaspoons sugar, brown
  • 2 cl Crème de Cacao (coffee liqueur - brown or white)
  • Cream, for garnish
  • Chocolate flakes, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat suitable glasses. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in fresh, hot coffee while stirring. Add the cinnamon, cardamom, sugar and cocoa liqueur and stir. Pour Café Chocolat into the glasses, place a whipped cream on top of the coffee and garnish with chocolate chips.
