Ingredients

  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 4 cup / s coffee or double espresso
  • 8 tablespoon syrup, mint syrup
  • 0.5 ½ pack cream stabilizer
  • 4 pinch (s) cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Use a whisk to stir in the mint syrup to create a cream. This is placed in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the coffee and pour it into slightly taller cups. Now pour a quarter of the mint cream over the coffee, do not stir in, decorate everything with a pinch of cocoa powder and serve it.
