Ingredients

  • 12 stalks asparagus, green
  • 20 shrimp (s), ready to cook
  • 2 teaspoons sugar, brown
  • 4 tablespoon rum, white, or cachaca
  • 1 lime (s), juice it
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the woody ends from the asparagus and cut it into oblique pieces. Squeeze the lime.
  2. Fry the prawns in the olive oil, add the asparagus and fry for a few minutes. Now sprinkle the brown sugar on top and let it caramelize briefly. Deglaze with lime juice and rum. Chop the chives and mix in. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Those who like to eat spicy can also add some chilli. Goes very well with it.
