Ingredients

  • 24 cl cachaça
  • 8 teaspoons sugar, brown
  • 2 lime (s)
  • Ice, crushed

Instructions

  1. Rinse the limes; quarter them
  2. Place the lime quarters and brown sugar in a glass
  3. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, mash the lime and sugar together for about 1 minute until the lime releases its juice and the sugar dissolves
  4. Pour in the cachaça
  5. Fill the glass with crushed ice to the top
  6. Stir well for about 30 seconds
