Ingredients

  • 1 can peach (s)
  • 3 lime (s)
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 50 g suar, brown
  • 200 ml cachaça
  • 0.75 liter ¾ sparkling wine, ice cold, semi-dry
  • 0.75 liter ¾ mineral water, ice cold

Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches while collecting the juice. Mix the peach juice, lemon juice, sugar and cachaca together until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cut the peaches into cubes. Wash the limes with hot water and cut them into slices.
  2. Put everything together in a large punch bowl. Only fill up with sparkling wine and mineral water just before serving. If you like, you can also add 5-6 ice cubes.
