Cajun Style Pasta with Chicken and Sausages

Macaroni with sausages and macaroni with cheese are a favorite combination of many! I propose to combine both dishes, supplement with chicken and vegetables: you get a Cajun style pasta with chicken and sausages.

Ingredients

• Olive oil – 2 tbsp
• Chicken breast – 1 Piece
• Sausages – 2 Pieces
• Garlic – 4 Cloves
• Broth – 2 Glasses
• Cream – 200 Milliliters
• Pasta – 200 Grams
• Grated cheese – 100 grams
• Parsley – 4 Pieces
• Salt – To taste

Directions

1. Cut the chicken into pieces and fry in a pan with oil.
2. Cut the sausages diagonally.
3. Add to chicken, fry all together.
4. Cut the pepper into strips, chop the garlic finely.
5. Add to skillet, sauté everything together.

   

6. Pour in the cream first, then the broth. Bring to a boil and season with salt.
7. Add pasta, cook until tender.
8. Add grated cheese, stir.
9. When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
