Cake “Anthill”

by Editorial Staff

Finally, I baked a nest! It seems that I haven’t baked since my school years!

Cook: 2 hours 45 mins

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Milk – 6 tablespoon. (60 ml)
  • Butter (room temperature) – 6 tablespoon. (80 g)
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Vanilla Sugar – 10 g or to taste
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Flour – 330 g
  • Condensed milk (boiled!) – 1 can (380 g)
  • Walnuts (optional) – 100 g

Directions

  1. I cooked a can of condensed milk (1.5 hours). You can take ready-made boiled condensed milk, but then you will need to boil it for 20 minutes so that it becomes liquid.
  2. Mixed butter, milk, egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
  3. Added soda.
  4. Gradually, in parts, I added flour.
  5. I kneaded the dough.
  6. Has formed a ball.
  7. I cut it into 4 pieces.
  8. I rolled it into rollers and sent it to the freezer.
After a while (half an hour or an hour), I took out a roller (it should be hard) and rubbed it on a coarse grater on a baking sheet (I did not grease the baking sheet).
    (Photo failed.)
I have 2 grated rollers on one baking sheet.
  9. Baked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees (put in a hot oven) until golden brown, 15-20 minutes (carefully, do not overcook).
I removed the dough in large parts.
  10. As soon as it cooled down, I rolled it with a rolling pin on the table (not very finely).
  11. I also rolled walnuts with a rolling pin.
  12. Mixed dough and nuts in a cup.
  13. Added condensed milk (warm).
  14. Stirred.
  15. Tamped with the bottom of the glass.
  16. She put a plate on top.
  17. And turned it over.
  18. I put the Anthill cake in the refrigerator until it cools and solidifies completely (1-2 hours).
  19. Top the Anthill cake can be sprinkled with grated chocolate.

Bon Appetit!
