Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon germ oil
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon milk, low in fat
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g suar
  • 150 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 3 tablespoon strawberry jam
  • 1 pack cake topping, with strawberry flavor

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients one after the other in a bowl and mix with a mixer for approx. 2 minutes to form a smooth dough.
  2. A cake tin 28 cm in diameter is greased with cooking oil or vegetable margarine using baking paper. Spread the dough evenly in the cake pan with a spatula.
  3. Then bake the cake at 160 ° C on the middle shelf for about 20 minutes until golden brown. After baking, let the cake rest in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then it can be thrown onto a cake plate.
  4. Clean approx. 400 g strawberries and cut in half. Spread a thin layer of strawberry jam on the cake base and spread the prepared strawberries on the base.
  5. Prepare the icing according to the instructions on the packet and distribute it on the cake from the center. Now the cake has to cool for another 20 minutes and can, if desired, be served with whipped cream.
