Simply mix the four ingredients with a mixer for a long time until the dough is sticky and no longer contains any lumps.
Fill a greased springform pan or cake pan with the mixture and bake in the oven at approx. 180 ° C until the dough is yellow-brown.
Depending on your taste, you can add a little vanilla sugar or baking powder to the dough right from the start. You can also conjure up a fruit cake very quickly and easily. Simply put cut fruit (not too close) on top of the dough and put in the oven.
