Cake “Black Prince”

Here is a simple step-by-step recipe for making a chocolate cake with cream. Each step is illustrated with photographs. This cake is perfect for any occasion. Cake “Black Prince” – delicious.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate – 300 grams (150 g each – in the dough and in the cream)
  • Oil – 100 Grams
  • Sugar – 3/4 Cup
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Cocoa – 1/2 Cup (plus 1 tablespoon in the icing)
  • Cream – 1/2 Cup

Directions

  1. Turn the oven to heat 180 degrees. Melt the butter and chocolate.
  2. Add sugar, salt, eggs and cocoa powder to the cooled chocolate. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the dough into a parchment-lined or oiled baking dish.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
  5. Cool the crust and place on a large plate. Put the chocolate in a saucepan, add cream, put on fire and stir until steam comes out and the chocolate dissolves. Then remove from heat. Pour the chocolate cream over the cake.
  6. Leave until the cream hardens. Cake “Chocolate Prince” is ready!
