Cake “Delicate”

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Condensed milk – 2 cans
  • Flour – 2 incomplete glasses
  • Soda – 1 teaspoon

For impregnating the cakes:

  • Sweetened kefir (about 150-200 g for each layer, but more is possible) – 2 packs (500 g each)

For decoration:

  • Grated chocolate (you can add other decorative cake decorations for every taste)

Instructions

  1. Whisk with a fork and combine all the ingredients for the dough. Leave to thicken for 15 minutes. Bake 3-5 cakes.
  2. Each of the cakes, while not cold, soak abundantly.
  3. Decorate the “Delicate” cake with grated chocolate and refrigerate for several hours.
