Ingredients
Jelly – 1 pack
Chocolate or creamy cracker cookies – 200 g
Gelatin (powder) – 25-30 g
Sour cream – 500 g
Powdered sugar – 100-200 g

Break the cracker with your hands. Prepare jelly. It should be very tight, so we add less water than is written on the package. After hardening, cut the jelly into cubes.
Soak the gelatin in a little water. Let it stand to swell, then melt in a water bath until dissolved. Beat the sour cream with powdered sugar.
On the bottom of the form under the cake, lay a film or plastic bag so that the edges hang outside the form. We send cookies and jelly there. In sour cream, whipped with sugar, pour the gelatin warm, mix, and immediately pour into the mold.
Stir gently, tamp the resulting mixture a little – and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Then we open the edges of the film bag, put a plate on the dessert, turn it over, and remove the film.
