Cake “Santa Claus”

Ingredients

For a biscuit:

  • 9 eggs
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1.5 cups flour

For the cream:

  • 1 liter of cream
  • 2-3 st. l. sugar
  • food dye red

For fruit filling:

  • 3 bananas
  • 4 kiwi
  • 1 can canned pineapple

Instructions

  1. To make a biscuit dough, beat eggs with sugar until thick foam. Add flour gradually, mix gently.
  2. Bake the biscuit for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the finished biscuit from the oven and cool.
  3. For the cream, beat the cooled cream with sugar (powdered sugar).
  4. Shape the biscuit into the head of Santa Claus using a stencil and cut into 3-4 cakes.
  5. Soak each cake with syrup (pineapple), grease with butter, put chopped fruit on each layer.
  6. Decorate the cake with cream – white and with the addition of red food coloring, using a pastry syringe.
