  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g currants
  • 150 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 ml oil
  • 125 ml milk
  • 100 g cheese (Gruyère), rated

Instructions

  1. Cut the goat cheese into small pieces, chop the nuts and soak the currants in warm water.
  2. Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl, add the eggs, salt and pepper and stir well. Gradually stir in the oil, warm milk and Gruyère. Add goat cheese, nuts and drained currants and stir well.
  3. Put the dough in a non-greased dish and bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes.
