Cake with Meringue and Kiwi

Meringue cakes and sponge cake. Cakes from whipped proteins are baked quickly, they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2-3 pcs.
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Egg whites – 2-3 pcs.
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Hazelnut
  • Kiwi
  • Jelly or cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar, add flour, mix and bake a flat cake in the oven.
  2. Beat the whites with sugar, spread the cakes on a baking sheet covered with foil (or parchment).
  3. We clean the nuts if they are in the shell.
  4. We spread the nuts in the middle of each meringue cake.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the cakes turn light beige.
  6. Cut the kiwi into slices and spread it out on the cake. Pour the cake jelly, let it set.
  7. Put the meringue cakes with nuts on top.
