Cake without Baking from Cookies and Cottage Cheese
by Editorial Staff
For me, this cake is like a lifesaver when there is no time to bake something. You just need to collect it and grease it with cream, be sure to let it brew for a couple of hours – and you’re done! It just melts in your mouth …
Cook: 3 hour
Servings: 4-6
Ingredients
Cookies – 500 Grams
Cottage cheese – 500 grams
Butter – 120 Grams
Sugar – 150 Grams
Milk – 1 Glass
Cocoa powder – 2 Tbsp. spoons
Directions
Measure and prepare food. It is better to get the oil out of the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft.
Take the mixer. Combine cottage cheese with sugar, cocoa and butter. Mix the mixture with a mixer until a homogeneous cream is obtained. If the curd is very dry, you can pour in a couple tablespoons of milk.
The cream is ready, it should not be too dry, but it should not flow. Since I used homemade cottage cheese, grains are visible in the cream.
Let’s start assembling the cake. Prepare a flat dish right away. Pour the milk into a bowl. Dip each cookie in milk for a couple of seconds, then place on a serving platter.
Lubricate each layer generously with cream.
Put a layer of cookies on the cream again, continue until the very end, until you run out of products.
Decorate the top of the cake with cookie crumbs or nuts, grated chocolate, etc. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Bon appetit!
