Ingredients
Shortbread cookies – 400 g
Condensed milk boiled – 350 g
Butter (softened) – 200 g
Walnuts – 100 g
Milk – 2 tbsp
Dark or milk chocolate – 50 g
Directions
Prepare the food you need. Remove the butter from the refrigerator.
Grind shortbread cookies with a knife, leaving large pieces.
Dry the walnuts in a dry frying pan for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Cut the nuts into small pieces and add to the chopped liver.
Combine boiled condensed milk and softened butter.
Whisk the condensed milk and butter until the creamy mass is maximally homogeneous.
Add cold milk and whisk the cream again.
Combine crushed cookies with nuts with cream. Form small cone-shaped cakes from the resulting mass and transfer each to a paper muffin tin.
Melt the chocolate in a steam bath. Pour melted chocolate over the cakes.
Before serving, the Anthill cakes made of cookies, condensed milk, and nuts must be cooled for at least two hours.
After cooling, the cakes will become a little denser but remain soft.
