California Burrito

I advise you to cook it, perhaps this dish is not entirely familiar for lunch, but you will definitely like it for lunch!

Ingredients

  • Turkey thigh fillet (any meat can be used: chicken, pork, or beef)
  • Burrito spice set
  • Tortillas
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Lime
  • Bunch of cilantro
  • Red sweet onion (Yalta took)
  • Avocado
  • Olive oil
  • Suluguni
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Garlic

Directions

Add a set of spices to the meat and refrigerate for a day.

Let’s prepare for the guacamole. Mash the avocado, pour over half the lime juice. Add chopped garlic, cilantro, and cherry. Salt and stir.

And now the Pico de Gaio sauce. Chop the tomatoes and red onions. Add chopped cilantro and fresh chili. Drizzle with lime juice, salt with olive oil, and stir.

Roast the turkey thigh over charcoal. We rub both types of cheese. The meat is baked, cut into small pieces. Next, put the meat on the tortillas.

Top with a spoonful of guacamole. Then the Pico de Gaio sauce. The top is generous with the cheese. And we turn it into an envelope. Put it back on the wire rack, bake for a few minutes, the cake will brown and the cheese will melt.
