Ingredients

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 frisée salad
  • 2 radicchio
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 2 cucumber (s)
  • 2 small Can corn
  • 2 small Bunch radishes
  • some lamb`s lettuce
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 1 chicory
  • 500 g fruit, dependin on the season
  • 500 g turkey breast
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Put the fruit together according to your wishes and the season, cut into small pieces, put in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar, but do not mix. Let stand for 30-40 minutes until the fruit juice forms.
  2. Remove the leaves from the chicory. Cut, mix and wash the iceberg lettuce, frisée and radicchio. Then let it drain.
  3. Wash all the vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes and carrots). Halve the radishes, peel the carrots and grate them very finely. Eight the tomatoes and cut the cucumber into slices.
  4. Place the mixed leaf salads in the middle of the plate and arrange the vegetables decoratively around the salad.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan, cut the turkey breast into fine strips and fry in the oil. Reduce the heat and continue to fry the meat for a few minutes, seasoning with salt, pepper and paprika.
  6. Arrange the fruit first, then the strips of turkey breast on the salad.
  7. Serve with a vinaigrette or a yoghurt dressing.
