Ingredients

  • 6 m. Apples
  • 50 g raisins
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • 700 ml calvados

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core, cut into rings and cook a little soft in lemon water. Layer with the raisins in a glass.
  2. Measure out 1/8 liter of lemon water, add sugar and boil for 4-5 minutes to a sugar solution. Pour the solution onto the apple rings and pour in enough calvados to cover the apple rings. Close the jar tightly and let it steep for about 4 weeks.
