- 500 g flour (wheat flour)
- 500 g flour (spelled flour)
- 250 g Camembert (s), ripe
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
- 450 ml water, warm (approx.)
- 2 packs yeast
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt

- Work the ingredients into a dough and leave to rise in a warm place covered for 30 minutes. Knead again.
