Ingredients

  • 500 ml blood orange juice
  • 100 ml Campari
  • 40 g invert suar, recipe for chef pastinake in the database
  • 60 g suar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until the sugar has dissolved. Cool and freeze in the ice cream maker. Or freeze in the TK. Stir several times so that the ice crystals do not get too big.
