Ingredients
- 125 ml Campari
- 500 ml orange juice
- 2 bottles sparkling wine, dry or extra dry
- some lemon juice
- some sweetener, more liquid
- some ice cubes

- Mix the Campari and orange juice and chill, pour into a large glass bowl before serving, add a few ice cubes and pour 2 - 3 bottles of ice-cold sparkling wine on top. Top off with lemon juice and sweetener, depending on your taste, and serve immediately, ice-cold.
- Note: We like to drink the punch directly from the glass bowl with long straws, but it also looks very nice when poured into tall cocktail glasses.
