• 50 ml Campari
• 4 dashes lemon juice
• 1 strip lemon peel

Instructions

1. Briefly cool the cocktail glass in the freezer.
2. Pour Campari, lemon juice and crushed ice cubes into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Then strain into the iced cocktail glass. Decorate with the lemon peel.
3. I like to moisten the edge of the glass with lemon juice beforehand and turn it in brown sugar.
